Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

Evelpora is operated by Rovthruster ("Evelpora," "Rovthruster," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit evelpora.com, purchase our products, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, account information, and messages sent to customer support.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment service providers. We do not store complete payment-card details.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, search activity, cart and checkout activity, cookie identifiers, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Advertising information: ad interactions, Pinterest click identifiers, campaign and product identifiers, and conversion events associated with visits or purchases.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to process and deliver orders; provide customer support; operate and improve our website; personalize content; prevent fraud and protect our services; comply with legal obligations; communicate service or marketing messages where permitted; measure advertising performance; and manage our advertising campaigns and product catalogs.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure or personalize advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

4. Pinterest Advertising and API Data

We use the Pinterest Tag and may use the Pinterest Conversions API to measure events such as PageVisit, ViewCategory, Search, AddToCart, and Checkout. Depending on the event and applicable law, Pinterest may receive event details, product or order information, Pinterest click identifiers, and protected identifiers used for matching and measurement.

Our private application, Rovthruster Ads Monitor, connects only to Pinterest advertising assets that we are authorized to manage, including Pinterest Ad Account ID 549769449861. It is used solely as a first-party internal reporting integration to retrieve campaign, ad group, advertisement, spend, impression, click, and conversion reports. It does not make automated campaign changes, is not offered to external users, and does not access personal Pins or Boards. We do not sell or share Pinterest API data, and access is limited to authorized Rovthruster personnel.

You can manage Pinterest advertising preferences through Pinterest settings and can contact us to ask questions about our use of Pinterest data. You may revoke an authorized connection through the relevant Pinterest account settings.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that support our operations, including SHOPLINE, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, and advertising partners such as Pinterest. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some laws; where applicable, you may exercise the choices described below.

6. International Transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, maintaining business and tax records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Advertising and API reporting data is retained only as needed for internal measurement and account management.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no system or transmission method is completely secure.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing. To exercise a right, contact us at contact@evelpora.com. We may need to verify your request.

10. Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional or service-related communications.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
